The Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has extended the Dusk to Dawn Curfew earlier introduced in Aba, in Abia state to Sunday 17th September .
He said this is to consolidate the peace and normalcy that is gradually returning to the city.
The governor, while appreciating Security Operatives for their assistance in ensuring safety of lives and property, appealed for calm and patience and enjoined residents to go about their business with decorum, Support and understanding.
He also directed schools earlier billed for resumption on the 18th of September, be moved back to 25th September, to ensure safety of lives and property.
